Since we have not yet decided with whom we will build, these are just our thoughts for now.
And we are going through many things.
We are also always back on the property and are exploring various possibilities...

But as I said, my wish to have living and sleeping areas facing east and south remains unchanged...
The view... nature...

But a sketch will follow.

And that brings us to my question, how could one solve that? I tried an angle bungalow and didn’t find a suitable room layout.

I missed this:
The hallway is 1.20 m at the narrowest point. I would have to check in the middle.

And the floor plan will follow again. As said, it’s just my own drawing.

Here again the house with dimensions, approximately. Not a final floor plan yet. And that the hallway here is naturally somehow the "weak spot," we see that way too. That's why my question here in the forums... But the goal is to have living and sleeping facing the greenery... and the plot is quite narrow, even though the plot appears very large and wide.

Taking the kitchen and living room to the front and sleeping in the east was also considered: disadvantage: the garage / driveway... or the area at the back then unused... Because we don’t want a 40-meter driveway along the house to the garage at the back. Corner bungalow... with the plot dimensions... only opening to the southeast... but how to then divide the rooms? When I plan this corner bungalow, I like the "hallway" even less, no matter what.

I just see that the children’s room and hallway do not have all dimensions marked. Although they can be bigger... But then the hallway is still as it is...

Regardless of the fact that I am simply looking for an optimal floor plan, the following statements occupy me:

Since I did not talk about turnkey or shell completion, 200k is without tiles, actually a shell, but with electrical and water connections.
No extravagances, standard. Calculated with 3 home construction companies. Simple floor area, no special things... no bay windows, no dormers, no skylights...
How is the price of 300k supposed to be composed? Of course, you can use whatever materials and here an extra and there an extra... house price plus incidental construction costs, 300k? haydee, how does your calculation come together?

150k is also not realistic as turnkey. 150k as the lowest limit, if for example we decide to do more and longer ourselves, and there would still be something feasible in electrical, window installation, interior finishing (we don’t pay rent, currently live in our own home ... no pressure... if it maybe takes 5 years...) But that is not the plan.
The plan is to do renovation and tiling ourselves, all equipment ourselves...
So it is rather the shell price (200k) Here I have not made any statement about turnkey or shell price, because I also have not dealt with how exactly turnkey or shell can be defined.
Primarily, it is about the solution, the room layout and my wishes.
Nevertheless, as said, your statements keep occupying me... according to the quote...
