Regardless of the fact that I am simply looking for an optimal floor plan, the following statements occupy me:
April, April
There I see you giving up far, far more than just a second terrace door.
Without garage, outdoor facilities and incidental construction costs, you have to realistically expect between 250,000 and 300,000.
200,000 including incidental construction costs and buffer for turnkey, not shell completion?
Since I did not talk about turnkey or shell completion, 200k is without tiles, actually a shell, but with electrical and water connections.
No extravagances, standard. Calculated with 3 home construction companies. Simple floor area, no special things... no bay windows, no dormers, no skylights...
How is the price of 300k supposed to be composed? Of course, you can use whatever materials and here an extra and there an extra... house price plus incidental construction costs, 300k? haydee, how does your calculation come together?
150k is also not realistic as turnkey. 150k as the lowest limit, if for example we decide to do more and longer ourselves, and there would still be something feasible in electrical, window installation, interior finishing (we don’t pay rent, currently live in our own home ... no pressure... if it maybe takes 5 years...) But that is not the plan.
The plan is to do renovation and tiling ourselves, all equipment ourselves...
So it is rather the shell price (200k) Here I have not made any statement about turnkey or shell price, because I also have not dealt with how exactly turnkey or shell can be defined.
Primarily, it is about the solution, the room layout and my wishes.
Nevertheless, as said, your statements keep occupying me... according to the quote...
