Do not plant the trees in rows. My parents have a seat under the apple tree in the south. Very pleasant on hot days

That does not sound like a development plan at all, but rather an expert report for its preparation.

As I said: just name the municipality and the development plan (name or number - also gladly by private message), then it will be possible to quickly tell you where certain information may have led to misinterpretations.

Is from the development plan. Of course, the development plan is not a free pass either. Perhaps it generally helps to know that compensation areas have also been created.
In any case, the current house construction will be approved by the responsible authorities. I would have any further plans checked accordingly before the start of construction.
But we can still exchange ideas via private message.

Regarding the proposal "Entrance and garage in the east." That plan also existed.
However, that would result in about 40 meters of driveway to the garage, which negatively affects the garden and the size of the house.
Therefore, rejected by us.

Rotate the house... Yes... But how then plan the bedroom and living area facing the garden? Exact floor plan proposals?

This is standard and is basically done when preparing a development plan, so it is always planned in advance. "Compensation" by the way only means a change ban – so not plantings or anything like that – for a natural area of corresponding size.

So if we build it like this, I'll invite my guests on the train ride and plan for an emergency brake and ticket counter.

Do you think the compartment layout could be "neutralized" with a wider corridor and a correspondingly brighter entrance door?
I have such a door in the plan (you can find appropriate offers on the internet): one side glazed, non-opening, and a matching glass door.

No, only with a different arrangement (which in turn is related to a different shape or at least different proportions).
