Bungalow with gable roof, edge development, 8×17 meters

Der von kbt ist eigentlich nur mit Pultdächern halbwegs günstig zu errichten.

I am getting old – it only occurred to me on the third glance that the Eksjöhus Sandliden from kbt09’s post #56 (as well as her design from #73, by the way) is excellently suited for a gable roof.

You cover it with pans, Braas has something like that. It’s a matter of taste, I personally don’t like it that much. It probably shouldn’t be more expensive than a gable roof.

A shifted shed roof is more expensive. A simple one might be cost-neutral. But you have to be the type for a shed roof somehow. It doesn’t work by force. And compares it to a garage roof. Therefore, I don’t think it’s an option. Gable roof is already okay.

How many square meters of living space do you have? I believe it is much more than the budget allows.

139 sqm ... is about 12 sqm more than in the initial plan. But also more storage space .

The building envelope definitely allows for a decent house, without any magic tricks with the roof or elsewhere. I even see an L-shape, but L is always a bit more expensive, if not by much.
