Grit, floor plans are often handled quite roughly here, without considering that you yourself are not supposed to live in it, but the house should suit you. Yes, you can do it that way. But the remark from 11 ant, railway carriage unfortunately also came to my mind. Or Holstein farmhouse, barn door, cow stables, servant’s room, then the farmer’s apartment at the back. Try to think of the thing a little less long, but a bit wider. Take a look at examples from Garant Bau in Stockelsdorf to see how it can work. You might like the ideas from the company, although you certainly can’t build with them down there. We also adopted suggestions from Garant; the boss, Mr. Ramm, is robust but a talented architect, I think. The problem with the bungalow is the storage space, so fully utilize the roof with boards and with enough pitch for standing height. For us it became 35 degrees, which gives a generously usable attic, which we even accessed for an extra 8500 with a staircase instead of an attic hatch. I like it very much that way. As for the construction price, yes, it’s possible, you should manage with just under 200. We needed 211, with garage, all connections, and incidental costs. But ours is somewhat smaller. Karsten

For example, the entrance being narrower would still leave room for a staircase going up. It is an example from Garant Bad Zwischenahn, Garant Lübeck StoDo has taken the website down.

Advantages of a bungalow are partly compensated if one chooses a form that is so strongly (axis: width 2:1 or more) uncompacted. Then you get rooms arranged like on a chicken perch, almost all looking practically either to the north or south. You don’t want north, so you make the perch longer to the south. This has a virtually self-reinforcing tendency.

I can see it (?)

P.S.: Oh, you mean: unfortunately you can only see the imprint page now.

A simple rule of thumb is 2000 euros per square meter ready to move in. It can also be cheaper, so 250,000 to 300,000. Nordlys Bungalow was smaller and more expensive than the figures you provided. Nordly built extremely cost-conscious.

Most here plan with finishing touches like flooring and walls done in their own work, ready to move in max.
You did not mention that you are doing an unusually large amount of work yourself.
So 11ant and I assumed that you are building ready to move in.

Even the opposite:

Under these conditions, in my opinion, one would have to be a universal virtuoso with all construction tools and have seen all episodes of Hobbythek and Tooltime.

? If you can't defeat your opponent, confuse him.
That's actually my motto...

I also recognize that the length is not optimal, or rather the ratio... But unfortunately, alternative suggestions for my "concerns" are not.
