Which I would also find nicer with the "Waggon" arrangement.

However, their house does not have this "Waggon" touch. And if I remember correctly, her second concept fit and the first was completely different.

Thank you

I like the idea of going from the guest toilet into the utility room and then up to the roof by stairs.
That way, the hallway doesn't feel like a "door cabinet".
But does that also make sense if you enter the utility room with the storage room more frequently during the day?

and @ant11 Isn't a shed roof more uncomfortable when the wind loads against the "higher side"? How is the shed roof best covered and what is the cost difference compared to a gable roof? Basically, we are not opposed to a shed roof, but I can't quite imagine it... only on one side, so it doesn't look like a garage...?

You don’t do the laundry when you have guests (toilet users). Theoretically, I would have found the order of entry here more favorable the other way around, but practically, the electrical distribution is located where the door to the hallway would be.

antElef – I don’t know this animal. What do you mean by wind load against the “higher side”?
I think the (in terms of height) “ridge side” faces south.

I suspect it will be the same price. The “missing kink” doesn’t save anything; the construction is basically the same, it just runs straight through.

You cover it with tiles, Braas has something like that. It's a matter of taste, I myself don't like it that much. It shouldn't actually be more expensive than a saddle.

I have developed the sketch from earlier on a more individual basis. By the way, I would never have considered the hip roof drawn there. At first, the floor plan was only about the principle.

Gable roof now continuous and, above the open space, practically another gable roof added. One could also consider leaving out the intermediate ceiling there.

Children in the southwest, parents in the northeast. Office only as a corner in the parents' area. Washing machine/dryer also in the parents' area. Technology mostly just for some storage, because in fact a lot of storage space is possible in many places here. For example, in the children's corridor a vacuum cleaner/bed linen/towel cabinet.

In the corridor of the children's area, shoe cabinets could be placed, and in the entrance area sufficient space to accommodate the guest wardrobe and the seasonal jackets with accessories of a family of four.

Northwest terrace completely covered with direct access to the kitchen. Ideal grilling spot on summer evenings.

Dining area now marked with a 120x300 cm large dining table. Sofa corner almost 300 cm wide.

Green represents driveway with caravan parking space as well as house entrance. Brown is more the terraces.
