What is the roller shutter supposed to provide in terms of security?

Shutters can no longer be pushed up and there is a lot of noise when pulling them out. The average burglar, armed with a screwdriver, targets the neighbor. The professional with prying tools either doesn’t come at all because there is nothing to get from my place or if he thinks there is something, he gets in anyway.

When reading here in the forum, I increasingly suspect that building cheaply primarily depends on the location, then on the square meter size of the house, and the equipment doesn’t make as much of a difference.

I have now also done a cash count 3 months after moving in.

House:

In addition, there is a solidly built double garage with a 5m sectional door. Garage size 48m². However, this is not included in the €1400/m².

Therefore, I can only say that it can also be done cheaper than the prices that are always thrown around here.

What would the invoice look like without own contribution? What did you take on yourself and why? The 1,800 to 2,000 euros quoted are without own contribution.
