Building cheaply - this is how it can be done too!

I would write about everything you can get for under 1500/sqm but that would only cause frustration...

Not for those who build only for themselves and not for others. Not for those who withstand the daily flood of advertising and do not give in. Not for those who handle their money consciously. Not for those who need a whole day of roller shutters because the floor-to-ceiling windows put their living space on display in everyday life.

I rather believe that frustration arises in those who afford a garage for 60k but realize after 3-4 months that they are still the same person as before and are seen by everyone just the same as before without that garage.

And what you can get for under 100k I have experienced myself.
I am, at 37, a debt-free and happy homeowner. Sure, I don’t have 250 sqm of living space for that. But I have a beautiful lake in front of the window and a nature reserve on the other side. And all that on 1000 sqm in Hamburg.

Frustration does not arise for me in that regard

Shutters can no longer be pushed up and there is a lot of noise when pulling them out. The average burglar, armed with a screwdriver, targets the neighbor. The professional with prying tools either doesn’t come at all because there is nothing to get from my place or if he thinks there is something, he gets in anyway.

When reading here in the forum, I increasingly suspect that building cheaply primarily depends on the location, then on the square meter size of the house, and the equipment doesn’t make as much of a difference.

I have now also done a cash count 3 months after moving in.

Therefore, I can only say that it can also be done cheaper than the prices that are always thrown around here.
