Mecklenburg Western Pomerania, a regional construction company with regional subcontractors... all trades from local companies.

I have been planning to renovate the house (to expand) for 2 years. I have not implemented it yet because construction costs are rising and there is more and more new technology. Actually, construction costs are eventually offset by the interest rate. Therefore, a good time is much more reasonable. In the meantime, I have compared material costs. I want to do many things myself, e.g. laying the terrace, sealing the roof, installing the heating. We have local dealers nearby for everything. It is fun to touch and compare everything on site. If you are lucky, you get a good offer.

Where I am reading here 2 power outlets and a telephone connection.. all rooms (ground floor living room, office, kitchen, dining area, attic 3 rooms + bathroom) of course have at least one satellite and one landline socket. It was a freely planned layout, not a standard proposal. The satellite dish is also on the roof The tiles have sizes between 40x40, 60x90, 90x10 What would I change today? One roof window in each of the two rooms with west-facing roof. And not because they are dark, but because in my attic I cannot look into the garden due to lack of windows (which is located in the southwest) We deliberately refrained from any automation, we wanted to stay "unpluged".

Thank you 11ant for the standard window. That’s what I meant. We have exactly the all-around and all from Poland, with Verka profiles, Roto fittings, and corner house hinges. So this is still no junk. Egon, your house wouldn’t be available so cheaply in SH. Over there in MVP, the craftsmen’s wages are indeed still below ours. You are near Stralsund, right? Nice area. Do you have a sea view? Karsten
