In my shared apartment we listen to Led Zeppelin, eat unhealthy stuff, smoke joints, and things like that....Karsten

Never me. And I don't know any grandma or grandpa who is still so easygoing in old age to just accommodate a young family or similar upstairs in their retirement home. That's unrealistic! Who does that? No one unless absolutely necessary. Except if it's their own family. But strangers?
At that age, you are no longer so flexible. Ask your grandparents if they want that.

You now have the possibility with airbnb and co to rent out your OG for a few days whenever you feel like it to supplement your pension - it’s not that uninteresting if it is foreseeable for you that people will only be there for a few days.

I am with kaho. I would never do such a thing. Strangers in the house, no way. I prophesize, all these city villas with 160 plus sqm built in the forum will be far too big for the owners in twenty years, they will sell them off and build the bungalow, buy the condo, move to the best ager camp, with a medical center at the village square....

What is supposed to be prophesied about that? I would say, everything was done right. Planning for some eventuality that will never happen anyway is completely pointless. Then the hut just goes away and afterwards something else. Being cramped with kids for 30 years because maybe you won’t feel like cleaning two empty rooms when you’re older? Oh, come on!

I've been doing that with my Doppelkopf girls for 20 years already [emoji12] As you get older, the game can be a bit more refined [emoji23]
