Roller shutters in the guest bathroom, yes or no?

Both bathroom windows face northeast but slightly more east than north.

So I have a small window without shutters/blinds in both the guest bathroom and the main bathroom. I also have a huge hallway window without any shading. The house side faces northeast. Basically exactly 45°. I will see how it is in the middle of summer when occupied. During the shell construction phase, it was actually quite pleasant during the last hot days, but the sun definitely comes in in the morning. All other windows have blinds (ground floor & upper floor) or shutters (upper floor).

Who closes the roller shutters to take a shower? Frosted glass is sufficient. I would always choose electric roller shutters if everything else is like that. You will never retrofitting it (you need electricity, and that creates dirt and really costs money). The few euros (if it’s only 400-500€) are worth it.

the question is whether we even need blinds in our bathrooms or not

why is a blind not a burglar protection?

We have a roller shutter in the guest WC and we use it as well. In the afternoon the sun shines on it, but we also use it in the evening. Window tilted and roller shutter on ventilation.
