And that in turn will be more expensive per square meter, because you cannot afford as many square meters over which to spread what is invested in it.

If that is the case, willo, the statistics say nothing. Because they compare apples with oranges. One would have to build identical houses, each a cheap one, let's say T and C, each a mid-priced one, let's say Okal Haus, each an expensive one, let's say Viebrockhaus in Stralsund, Kiel, Hannover, Ingolstadt, Ulm etc. to see where you end up.

Hi Robson,

Fake? No idea. Somehow nothing relevant to the topic...

Because this table is absolutely irrelevant in connection with my statement.
Why? It’s not about how much everyone paid on average, but how much someone MUST pay to build a really nice house.

And arguing based on the "mass" is really bad anyway. Because how smart the masses are has been seen too often in German history.
That’s why... this "argument": "Yes, but everyone does it this way," already seems almost desperate to me.

That's how averages work ... on average, every German drinks
    [*]104 liters of beer,
    [*]20.6 liters of wine,
[*]3.6 liters of sparkling wine and
    [*]4.4 liters of spirits.
Beer ... okay, but who drinks my wine and my sparkling wine?

Well, the statistics probably don’t come without some background. I read on heidi from Bavaria, I think it was, an h tiles without material 60,- My BU calculated for additional tile work per hour 35.70. Gross. That already says something. I think if we had placed our bungalow near Ingolstadt on similarly non-problematic building ground just like here, excluding the plot for now, we wouldn’t have gotten it for 210. Nevertheless. Even including that, it wouldn’t have cost 400 either. Possibly 250. Only, we would probably have been the odd ones out in the settlement, pitied for our poverty, with my sheet metal garage door solution being looked at with shaking heads. With incomprehension the omission of shutters. Maybe the house would have made the newspaper because of non-Bavarian architecture, for which an upper limit would have to be set. If they then found Danish beer cans in the trash, .....Karsten

69 euros per square meter for laying tiles without [bodengleiche Dusche], mosaic and co. That costs extra.
