Yes, I do think that you get a relatively good price-performance ratio. However, I believe that many others here do not get it. What I consider "normal" often passes as cheap or particularly inexpensive in the forum.

Hemali, I first of all think it’s good that you point this out here and back it up with facts, not just as a plan but actually done. This forum is not the real world. Often there are people here who spend thousands on a range hood and claim it has to be that way, otherwise you’d only get junk.
Our project also ended with 285 all incl. within the target corridor and is considered, and is considered here, extremely economical. And yet it is a completely normal house, with nothing missing that you need for daily life, well, the range hood isn’t called berbel but something Swedish and fanciful.

A Fiat runs too! Engine damage and rust come a few years earlier, but I grant it to you. Which EL was done? To put it on there

I added the EL for that - painting exterior facilities and walls/laying floors. Everything else from a single source.

For me, it’s more like the Opel - with a good price-performance ratio. I don’t need a prestige car either. But to each their own.

So a Town & Country falls apart twenty years earlier than a Viebrockhaus? So the 20-euro tile crumbles earlier than the 60 one? And so on.

We also built cheaply. The house was offered for 148,250. Catalog price. Kfw70 package, controlled residential ventilation, chimney, gray windows, underfloor heating, one skylight were added on top. At the bottom right it then said 182,000. By the building permit, through structural analysis and more miscellaneous stuff, we reached 195,000. With finished garage at 205,000. The special equipment tiles, sanitary and electrical made the package about 20,000 more expensive. Without KNX, without technical frills. Painted and the remaining floors also came on top in EL. Outdoor facilities around 12,000. Materials including platform and natural stone about 4,000. Plants 3,000. Simple aluminum carport almost 4,000 or so. Incidental construction costs we were very cheap with about 20,000. In total we eventually stopped adding up ...
