Just quickly checked on YouTube: plastic shutters take 7 seconds and even the oh-so-secure aluminum shutters don't take more than 15 seconds. Just have a look, "break open shutter"

That is already quite good. The 7 seconds, the noise, and the effort seem to be sufficient so that it is practically never done.
