Building cheaply - this is how it can be done too!

Well, if the headline says kfw 55 and controlled residential ventilation, it should be clear to everyone that 1300m2 is not enough and more like 1800 is needed.

And if someone builds in the far east or somewhere far from a metropolis and has different prices, that's just how it is.

Ps 6x6 meter garage with a 5m door and 2 windows, turnkey for 15k euros.

It always depends on what information you use for yourself.

You wanted to show that it is also possible to build for under 1,500 euros/sqm. But that is obvious. However, if someone writes here now, how much a house costs without further information, then: 1,500 - 2,000 euros/sqm. If you want less compared to the average, it will be cheaper, and if you want more, it will be more expensive.

If someone asks me now how much a family car costs, I also don’t say 4,000 euros because there is some used small car for that or 250,000 for a Bentley. Both cars are indeed used by families.

The Illuminati are to blame that not everyone wants radiators and "tasteful" surface-mounted fittings. Sure!

Everyone wants to build cheaply, but in my opinion, nowadays one should build according to the state of the art so that the house retains its value. That means in our region: basement, underfloor heating, electric blinds, good energy standard, good lighting, garage.

Even if it is rarely planned to sell the house again, otherwise one may have many problems getting rid of the house or have to accept a large discount (in the worst case, it is only the land value).

Too simple equipment can also lead to great losses when selling.

yes Um it is after all. Do you have a wood stove? When I turn it on here, I have heated my entire ground floor from 19 to 24 degrees within an hour. If I then also have a warm floor, the cozy fireplace feeling quickly disappears, then the sauna sets in.

And on the topic of resale/value retention:

I am building my house for ME/US. If I actually have to/want to sell, then these points will be negative. But what I don't need, I don't install for someone else!
For example, we also placed our house exactly in the middle of the plot. Hard for our seller to understand at the time, and for many others too. Certainly also negative for resale. But if I like it that way - then I couldn't care less.

No, that’s nonsense.
But the "Illuminati" here in the forum are to blame for the fact that anyone who has a carport in the garden costing 1.5-3k is supposedly seen as a poor cheapskate by the "forum society."
The "Illuminati" are also responsible for many "Google search readers" thinking that building a house for less than 1800/sqm is not possible.
Those "Illuminati" are also responsible for the "masses" thinking they need tiles costing 95 EUR/sqm in the size 2000*2000 in the bathroom.

But hey... it’s not just the "Illuminati’s" fault alone, but also the rabble that wants to believe it.

So, everyone gets what they deserve.
