So, to sum up: You absolutely need a window heater, since you can only afford either photovoltaic or a heat pump (and if someone actually can afford both, the heater just breaks). And with fan heaters, you simply get too many children (phew, just the CO2 footprint of them).

I'm about to have another child and I have neither window heating nor fan heaters, and now I don't know either. Our windows in the transitional house are so crappy, however, that you could call them window cooling. Is that also possible?
