Vestaxx window heating - experiences?

If I were to even consider not installing underfloor heating, I would rather go straight for an air-to-air heat pump aka [Kliomanlage]. It shouldn't be much more expensive than this window heater (if at all) but additionally offers the possibility to cool in summer.
