The floor plan should be it; what do you say?

I don't know how it was planned in the last draft, but I find it crazy that the parents (2P) are supposed to get a fully equipped shower and bathtub bathroom, while the children (4P) are expected to manage with just a shower bathroom.

Incidentally, I would position the laundry chute so that it can be loaded from both the children's bathroom and the parents' area (whether bathroom or dressing room) on the upper floor.

I would also strongly advise you to go to an architect. Otherwise, in two years you will be remodeling your third house to fix the mistakes of the second. With four kids, most standard floor plans will not fit. By the way, the architect will not only fulfill your wishes but also find a decent orientation. I honestly also found the first draft creepy, whereas the second simply does not work at all.

I find the second approach quite a conceivable sketch for a possible room layout. However, I fear that it cannot be realized with the external dimensions 11.5x11.5. One drawback .. the orientation of the children's rooms mainly towards the northeast. Therefore my recommendation .. hire an architect.

11.5*11.5 is the internal dimension

I can easily understand how much fun it is to tinker with your own floor plan. But honestly ... you run the risk of presenting your own design to a general contractor and they will try to implement it as is. You will probably be satisfied with it because it is your vision. Unfortunately, you will never know how much better such a floor plan can become when an architect brings in their experience and trained perspective.
There are independent architects in almost every small town. Call, make an appointment, exchange information, and wait until the first draft is ready. This should usually be free at first. Asking beforehand helps.
You will already notice in the preliminary discussion whether it fits.

The first draft from a freelance architect for free? I somewhat doubt that, at least no one offered us that. The only ones who will make you a free draft are the sales staff from Stadt Land Haus or Brockenvieh.
