Yes, it is just an idea. Just a test.
The staircase thing is a bit unclear, the idea was a passage practically through the staircase into the chamber.

So, yes, exactly for that reason it is that big and not only suitable for the technology. And that’s why there is only one door inside and no second one to the outside, so as not to lose standing space because of the door. It is about 10 sqm because surely something will be placed there. And don’t forget, no washing machine and dryer will go in there. That is still planned separately.

The wardrobe is 60 x 200... at least as an idea here. That is a lot of space for jackets and gloves. And shoes. Plus the technical room, which is relatively large and from which the laundry is outsourced.

We have not planned a guest room. The office is an office and nothing else. Full-time work will be done there. Therefore, we don’t want it just as a “work locker” of 6 sqm as it is often planned, but at least 12 sqm to also accommodate a file wall as hinted. It doesn’t need a guest bed.

I fear your requirements for my house are different from my requirements for my house.

I like it more and more. Is it the same building structure or external dimensions as in my plan? At first glance, it looks like a bigger house. Ok, after adding up the square meters, it is significantly larger than what I am aiming for. But in terms of layout, it is good for me as a first step.

I also think it's okay, only two bathrooms upstairs is not the plan and the couch down in the middle of the "Gass" is also not really ours. So front door open and couch directly in view.

Thanks for your feedback. You can rotate the furniture however you want. I just don’t like having windows behind me when I watch TV.

The two bathrooms can easily be combined into one nonsensically large bathroom. Or you use the kids' bathroom as a utility room. Then you have a really good hobby room.

Otherwise, it’s almost like but just shortened to 12 m. The small storage room behind the wardrobe is also quite nice.

Does that roughly fit in terms of proportions? How deep is the staircase? But basically, that would already be pretty good on the ground floor.

Here are some improvements.

Alternatively. Modern with a movable glass partition to the kitchen and wall cabinets with a built-in projector. From the kitchen, you can then watch your favorite cooking show.

Yes 12*9.15

Landing staircase is 3 m * 2.25, that fits.
