Does "Hobby" serve as an addition for both children's rooms for crafting, building Lego, etc.? Then the size of the children's rooms fits... Otherwise, I would leave out Hobby and add it to the children's rooms..

Thanks for that. Regarding the open plan area and office, I find it very good. The rest on the ground floor is at least a solution. The upper floor unfortunately isn’t really ours. Almost double the space for the hallway upstairs. Hmm. We would also like the children's rooms to be on the garden side. The bathroom is okay in size. It would suit us. By the way, sometimes dad does the laundry at our place, too. ;) :D

The hobby room is basically not really a must-have. It can be omitted if necessary.

Looks can be deceiving. I don't know if the software includes the staircase, but with you it's the open space that you can gladly count as wasted space added to the hallway, as well as the oversized bedroom. In my case, when you come upstairs you are greeted by windows and thus daylight.
As I already said: a long staircase makes for large hallways.

Mine actually have a deliberate south orientation to be as bright as possible. And the bedroom deliberately has the leftover space – but I have already explained that in writing at some point.

That was also a running gag on

:D

I checked again: the stairwell is not being removed for me. I wanted to make some changes now, also regarding the [OG], but the staircase is just a disruptive factor for door positions in the [OG]...

Here is another idea in the upper floor with the disadvantage that the children's rooms cannot fit the wardrobes behind the doors. and here again the ground floor
