Yes, as I said, it might not be perfect down to the centimeter. Actually, I didn't want to reduce it. It should stay as it was. Sorry, I'm not really a pro at this. But conceptually, I could imagine it like that. The installation wall was initially specified by the house builder. That's why the architect incorporated it that way. I just took it over like that for now.

So I made a variant for the upper floor in the same manner. The hobby room was optimized out in this variant. It was not a must-have. Because of the ground floor, the area of the upper floor is predetermined, so the rooms just turn out slightly larger. With the children, I rather have the thought that they won't stay small. And sitting in a 12 sqm room as a teenager. One can do it, but it doesn't have to be. The rooms are now slightly different in size, but that doesn't hurt and could be adjusted at the expense of the symmetry at the wardrobe niche. Also here, not perfect, but I think the idea is clear,

I expressly advise against that: a floor plan must be able to withstand a positional uncertainty of plus or minus one and a half decimeters for each wall without its functionality collapsing.

You're welcome. For more details, I would have to guess where you're heading: are you still collecting floor plan ideas, and on September 31st ;-) you have your editorial deadline and blindly pull one out of the hat? (then be careful not to accidentally say "Simsalabim" instead of "Abracadabra," and have a rabbit in your hand).

Does a drying rack fit in the utility room? And can you still easily load the washing machine/dryer?
