Well, those are some funny jokers. They are making more side setback for more driveway width because of the platform, despite the entrance being on the gable side.

I tried to make a sketch on my phone again. What does Bauchweh mean? It was given as a note regarding the narrowness of the property and the building gap to consider that the entrance will need a step and a very tight situation could arise at the entrance if you are not careful. In other words, the car is directly in front of the platform or has to drive over it to get into the garage. That’s all.

Well, as I said, it is a draft, not an approved version. I am currently reconsidering all suggestions and comments. Regarding the width. The house can be max 10m wide, the current plan is about 9.15. So it can't be much more. Plus, it doesn't matter if the building mass has a certain proportionality. Therefore, the plan is currently as it is regarding length, width, and roof pitch. The staircase is not fixed for me. Well, the wooden house is a tricky matter. Let me put it this way. If I go to the car dealership and want a 2-seater, it's a bit off to try to convince me of the station wagon. And honestly, I currently can't understand why it would be better to build in stone. I don't see any no-gos for a wooden house. The only thing is that the plan is not yet where it should or could be.
