Otherwise ... phew ... living, dining, and cooking on 915 cm exterior width doesn't leave much room. In general, dimensions are missing.

The staircase, however, seems to be planned sufficiently long ;)

How wide is the Sofaniesche? And what distance is there to the TV? It seems to me as if you are already sitting in the chill area at the dining table. So the Büroniesche will be a nicely talked-up Müllniesche? A bedroom as a passageway is usually always a declaration of war for the partner… I like the bathroom.

Is that true everywhere? Our planning is currently based on the floor plan of the Baufritz house "Schneider", just a bit larger and with a reduced bathroom upstairs. It is precisely the staircase that creates the cozy impression of a "living nook". In this floor plan, of course, that is not the case.
