Well, the children's room is smaller than the bathroom and the common room, which already looks so cramped with the drawn-in furniture, I would find it too small in the crucial areas. I find all the designs created so far by the other forum members more successful than your two from the architect or draftsman.

Otherwise, I generally don't see anything wrong with making a room, which everyone uses together and often at the same time by more than one person, where you start and also end the day, a bit more spacious. Currently, our bathroom is 8.5 sqm and that is a disaster. By too big I mean that I believe our requirements can definitely be accommodated in 160 to 165 sqm. The one just shown is around 178 or so. That is simply too much for me.
