The cloakroom space has already been mentioned.

The master bedroom and dressing room together are 19 m², but more than a good 3.5 m of wardrobe in the dressing room cannot be accommodated.

Path from kitchen to terrace ... I’m thinking about grilling, but also about 2 playing children who quickly want something to drink, etc., so maybe consider a garden exit on the west side.

The space under the stairs is to be used as a storage room for vacuum cleaners, etc.

A door to the west in the dining room leads to the garden.

In the bedroom at the foot end, we have not planned any wardrobes; only the TV will be mounted on the wall. A chest of drawers will be placed on the other wall behind the door at the top right.

A wardrobe will be placed once in the alcove in front of the guest bathroom on the ground floor on the right, and if that is not enough, another one can also be placed on the left wall where the small chest of drawers is marked.

If the furniture is actually arranged that way, the couch is in front of the left element of the double door.

Yes, unfortunately that is not possible otherwise since our couch is 3.82m long, as we now have 50 sqm living-dining room in our rental apartment.
