Unbelievable. Did this floor plan cost you 10,000€ that you are so hung up on a design where 100? sqm consist of one third (1/3) hallway? Now you turn 33 sqm into 30 sqm, and everything will be fine? [emoji33]

The 33 sqm is wrong! It is approx. 19 sqm. I had contacted the BU to have the floor plan in advance. Sorry if I didn’t mention the wrong sqm, I thought I had mentioned it in the original post. Attached is the floor plan we toured. There you can see that 33 sqm is wrong. Edit: to clear myself, I did mention it
