Sorry, then I misunderstood your posts. It came across differently to me than you just described.
@Bedroom: currently only about 50 cm per side for each of us. As long as we don’t need a wheelchair, we can get through.
Upper floor: but I am currently a bit at a loss. Why is a size of 60 sqm indicated for the upper floor in the building application? Even if I waste 20 sqm for a damn staircase and large hallway, 40 sqm remain. The calculation of living space must take sloping ceilings into account. Also, if I draw in a 1m knee wall (thanks 11ant for the explanation, otherwise I would have written knee wall again) on the section
then I reach it after about 0.60 m from the start of the outer wall. So I lose a total of 1.2 m, not 1.2 m per side, and 8.4 m remain. You can’t tell me that the upper floor is unusable – unless I have a huge plank in front of my head.
I actually can’t remember that statement. But it wasn’t brought up again when we talked about the upper floor with the BU. Ultimately, the mistake lies with us.Hmm.
