They serve as emergency accommodation until the money for the upper floor is collected.

Jup serves as an eave (60 cm)

Wishlist sounds so negative. I’m really grateful that you sacrifice so much free time to help us.

Emergency accommodation not needed; for two people, I see that as completely sufficient and it’s a big improvement compared to the current rental apartment. Of course, the money aspect also plays a role, but also the currently still missing necessity. It’s not like there are already 2 children or 2 planned for 2019. They are still quite young compared to most home builders. This also allowed us to keep the loan under 200k and the financing under 75%. That resulted in a significantly better interest rate.

Say again exactly where the windows are: 2.17m measured from where exactly? Inside of the exterior wall?

From the inside, 1.00 m knee wall (floor structure of approx. 10 cm considered).

Such nonsense. And where exactly is the knee wall 1m? Don’t you have a clear measurement from an outside edge?

And has it already been taken into account that when insulating the attic [DG], counter battens and the boards for cladding might also add to the height? (to make the confusion perfect)
