I can gladly draw and upload the days again. [Drempel] is finished, and we will have to move one wall so that the technology can be concealed within it. However, it will still be 100% accurate because the floor structure is not yet completely clear. Unfortunately, I am getting different answers from the head of sanitation – I will have to get a second opinion in due course.

So it took a bit longer now, since during the drying phase of the screed the stairwell was closed and I haven't had the time to measure until now.

This is what it currently looks like, assuming a 10 cm floor buildup. I have not been able to get a concrete statement from my plumbing company so far. A bit sad, for the expansion I will choose another company...

The connections for the heating, toilet, shower, and bathtub have already been prepared. I have not drawn in the walls yet because I forgot to ask if the connection for the heating can still be offset through the floor buildup so that the box does not have to be placed directly there. But that should certainly be possible.

The knee wall is at 0.87 meters.

We will decide on a floor plan soon because we will completely cover the knee wall, the slope, and the ceiling with drywall so that the vapor barrier is not destroyed by UV light. Accordingly, we will have to plan the positions of the ceiling lights and sockets so that the corresponding cables are already pulled under the drywall to those points.

So now once again for completeness. This is how the upper floor has been insulated in the meantime

and is thus included in the thermal envelope.

This is now my drawing with all the measurements I have determined. 10 cm floor construction and drywall on the wall have been taken into account.

I have moved the doors to the children's rooms so that a 60 cm deep cabinet can still fit behind the door. However, I also find your version with the walk-in closets interesting, but isn't the slope there very annoying?

Do you think the layout is realistic? It's quite important for the lighting and socket planning.

Hi,

we will soon be cladding the upper floor with drywall to protect the vapor barrier from sunlight. Therefore, all cables must be pulled beforehand.

What do you think of the planning? Each X should be a socket, and LAN should always be installed as a duplex cable.

Spots are suitable for the hallway, the rest rather normal ceiling lights.

Each box is 25 cm

PS: Is there a program to make the drawing clearer in order to provide the electrical company with a "tidier" drawing?

I did that back then room by room with CorelDraw. Switch/outlet positions that did not result automatically, such as switches next to the door or where it was important to me that they be exactly positioned, I also measured separately. Unfortunately, a PDF can no longer be uploaded, so here are the introduction and living room as an example:

The electrician got along very well with it back then.

There are pens in different colors to more quickly see in the floor plan what pertains to wall and what pertains to ceiling installations.
