I only looked at the ground floor now. The L-shaped living room has legs of under 4 and 3.50 meters width. The other leg is over 10 meters. That will be a rather uncharming room, too narrow or very narrow. Take a look at the doll furniture. It's outrageous to give something like that to the customer. If you are aware of this and have drawn it out yourselves, then that's okay. I wouldn't build it like that, especially since the staircase and the hallway consume quite a bit of space.

Thank you for the hint, but we are building with a basement. So of course, there is no longer any possibility to store things under the stairs.

Yes, that's exactly what we have been thinking about all the time. With the changes I sketched, you could squeeze out a few more centimeters from the living area and the kitchen. However, that would require moving the load-bearing wall further downwards on the plan. I don’t know if that’s possible just like that.

However, I still have my millimeter paper furniture from the last floor plan discussions. I will lay them out on the 100% prints right away and see how much space we will have left.

Just asking plainly: Where would you place all the sockets for TV/multimedia? As drawn or on the wall facing the carport?

Mmh, I'll say arrogantly, I thought my design was a bit better.
4.20m depth in the living room compared to 3.97m is definitely noticeable. I don't understand why you are only planning with a 9.50m house depth now. I would find that a pity. Also only one bay window - but I would use it for the living room and the kids upstairs, and the street can go to hell.
The walk-in closet upstairs is too narrow now because the bathroom is monstrous. Is there a reason for that?

Wow, we’ve never been this close before!

The building window is only 10m and the bay windows with 25cm, which we saw live and in color, somehow didn’t quite work. Sure, better than a dwarf gable, but is it really worth it?

Uh, bathroom is monstrous? Oh... I would have placed that adjective more on the opposite side of the spectrum. More like, "just about okay". Are they 10m² big? But yeah, I may not have a beer belly yet, but I would definitely like to be able to turn around with one in the dressing room.

The street view is fixed, though. We really only want to deviate from that if nothing else works.

Ok, otherwise I would have suggested swapping the cloakroom and the house entrance (so the front door next to the bay window) to prevent the car's driveway from crossing the footpath of mail carriers, newspaper carriers, residents, and visitors.
