I don't see any answer to that?

No, you don’t have to. You have to endure the result afterwards, and one lives with the feeling (which is not consoled by being told that the plan pleased its brother Reason).

I had already answered about the knee wall: 1.25m. 1.5 stories are the client’s wish. Purely visually the exterior view. The perceived truth, so to speak.

That’s exactly what gives me headaches... That’s exactly why I actually wanted to buy an existing property – if there had been something reasonable at acceptable prices. Unfortunately, we are not as networked as the NSA.

Have you already been to show homes? Something like what you outlined here surely exists somewhere similarly for direct viewing.

As is well known, we two are not exactly "best friends," but here I can agree without reservation. How it can go differently is shown in another thread!

I can only recommend that as well. Keep looking at show homes until you can’t see any more. You can gather so much information here. A house that goes in your direction, but is a bit bigger, is the prefabricated house from Weberhaus, which is in the prefabricated house exhibition in Stuttgart. However, it has 181 sqm. That was our favorite for a long time.
