A standard version with, in my opinion, optimal space utilization, if you don't mind that the stair entry is next to the entrance (stairs without a landing - as always).
There are many similar floor plans. Sometimes you only need to swap one room to get the desired result. With these standards, there is often also a centimeter or two that could be saved if there is a wish to build smaller.

Not from me - but yes, there are some who can't cope with that. That's why I specifically mentioned it. However, with a gable roof and basement, it's a very space-saving option and creates a lot of extra space in the living room, as you can hopefully see. We also have the starting step right next to the door and have no problems with it at all. But we do have a proper doormat outside.
