Don't know. Does that change anything about the lighting problem in the basement? Should loopholes be installed on the ceiling or how is that supposed to look?
Depends on how many. Something like 40x40 cm loopholes (a friend has them in the kitchen) are almost worse than no light at all. If it's a bit more, why not? In the GF area, you can see many partially buried basements. They have relatively normal windows above ground. I would really wait and see what comes out now.
Yes, if you didn’t have to dig everything up there but it was just moving earth due to the road height that would have to be raised and maybe the significantly more expensive WW wouldn’t be necessary, it could still become the molehill
Is the development plan flexible enough to imagine a barrel roof?
Should there then be loopholes on the ceiling or how is that supposed to look?
I understood Escroda's recent words to mean that a not insignificant embankment would allow a correspondingly more relaxed situation, enabling light to be supplied to the windows as well.

I rather think he meant raising the ground floor by 60 cm, then the windows would already be at about 1.10 m in the basement. The question of the remaining terrain modeling naturally quickly arises. The terrace would also have to be raised. Slopes will certainly also be needed, as well as an outdoor staircase and driveway... I would start saving for the earthworks and outdoor facilities.
