Yes, sorry, my "no" was probably a bit too categorical. You obviously have to calculate exactly. With a knee wall height of 1.80 m, avoid the full floor - it's possible with a shallow roof pitch, but in my opinion it creates strange ceiling heights.

I throw the floor plan of Marlow SH 160 XXL into the ring. It is somewhat longer, but has a gable roof, no basement, no tower, all rooms included

The width is a problem, if you ask me. At almost 13m, the building plot is completely used up (it should be about 19m wide). That means the terrace is already considered edge development.

Here, however, with a double garage, which will of course be omitted. The attic as a development reserve was also planned. I don't think so at the moment.
