Mmh. The appearance of this light house is so dull and boringly plain that the discerning reader wonders whether the simplicity is actually the dream of the builders or if it is simply due to a lack of imagination?

I just skimmed through it now, but the fact that the BU is open to above-ground living reads very positively. What about the workshop for the man then? I see a peripheral development in the SW... just like suggested.

Mhm maybe we are just square No idea ultra modern or super fancy stuff is not really our thing. Which doesn't mean that we wouldn't like to have at least a somewhat more individual home, hence the request to the small regional BU

Well, no idea, we have already learned that we have to make compromises... so the "workshop" will just remain the hallway/ the living room/ the driveway

But that would mean the northeast garden, which my sun worshiper heart would find hard to cope with, but I would probably survive it

This shows once again that you should not plan without proper fundamentals. If it now turns out that no white tank is necessary, I will switch to the basement faction. With three steps to the house entrance, you are already 1.3m above ground level. Then you no longer need to excavate the windows, and earthworks are unavoidable anyway. Not only that. According to the draft development plan, it must even be raised. If it becomes legally binding as such, the ground floor floor must reach at least the average street level and may lie no more than 60 cm above it. Perhaps one should wait with the floor plan design until at least the geometry of the plot is fixed and the public display of the development plan is over. Then ask the municipality if any significant changes are still to be expected.

Oh man, sorry, we really started a big discussion here that might have gone differently due to missing information and now you all have put in so much effort! I'm quite embarrassed

Ok, I definitely didn't have that on my radar. You're right, before everyone here continues to make an effort to help us, we should really wait for that!
