No question, I also like light and windows when working
I was specifically talking about changing the view, but I forgot your age. Paying attention to "not letting your eyes become stiff" is possibly not yet consciously done by those clearly under 40 (my acute memory of such young years is slowly fading). Possibly, due to my profession, I have more focus on ergonomics and workplace health topics. But it was less about it being nicer anyway.
The 3m on the right are off-limits.
As long as it is roofed and only used as a parking space, that is allowed...
I'm puzzled (?)
I estimate that a further "Ga" area was forgotten to be drawn in here; I see no factual reason against it. : wouldn’t that be "unfair" if a parking space were allowed where a house-attached terrace was not?
On the 1st floor in the bay window or next to the stairs probably, right?
I have not yet discovered a utility room there, and certainly not a utility/storage room - what would the latter be for there anyway?
The house has external dimensions of 7.0 x 10.5m, i.e. about 74m² of space is "used up" here. It has a ground floor, an upper floor with knee wall about 1.30m and a 45° pitched roof, i.e. there is still an attic used as storage space.
Have you actually introduced it in the forum before?
A bit of front garden, and otherwise just grass for now.
