I was specifically talking about changing the view, but I forgot your age. Paying attention to "not letting your eyes become stiff" is possibly not yet consciously done by those clearly under 40 (my acute memory of such young years is slowly fading). Possibly, due to my profession, I have more focus on ergonomics and workplace health topics. But it was less about it being nicer anyway.

I'm puzzled (?)
I estimate that a further "Ga" area was forgotten to be drawn in here; I see no factual reason against it. : wouldn’t that be "unfair" if a parking space were allowed where a house-attached terrace was not?

I have not yet discovered a utility room there, and certainly not a utility/storage room - what would the latter be for there anyway?

Have you actually introduced it in the forum before?

Since when do development plans and their creators have anything to do with objectivity or even meaningfulness?

Spot on. Frank Zappa already asked that: "does Humour belong in Music ?"

Just an attempt: (Stairs as always no landing - normally half-turn) I'm not quite sure if we are still two-story here. Knee wall planned at 1.80m. But I think so, right? Does this count as eaves-side? Funny.

Found the draft development plan. That was only the early citizen participation. No, first the resolution for public display is to be made. Then all kinds of submissions can still come in, to which the urban planners must respond. You can find them in your city's citizen information system. However, the justification does not reveal much. Essentially, only the written provisions are repeated here. From the assessment result, I gather that the parking space next to the building area – just as you planned – is also possible. No, they want to ensure "as contiguous open space shares as possible as well as a comprehensive greening of the planning area." But "street-side" apparently means everything in front of the rear building boundary. Nope. You usually don't grill on the parking space.

No.

No.
Reason for eaves-aligned:
Damit soll im Zuge der Verlängerung der Straße "XXX" eine einheitliche und durchgängige Ausrichtung der Bebauung erzielt werden.
