Does this count as eaves-standing?
For me personally, still rather than in post #91, where the secondary ridge is above the eave of the main roof (there I would whistle "off to the side" regarding subordination) - a setback from the main gable side would help make the part under the secondary gable look more like an annex - also to precise council members.

Reason for eaves-standing:
This is intended to achieve a uniform and continuous alignment of the development along the extension of the street "XXX".
On the other hand, I see this as complied with in the case of a secondary gable without a risalit - so a "smooth" eave-side house edge with a Frisian gable is conceivable, and I would grant it the dormer-usual third width.
Nope. People usually don't grill on the parking space.
But the car sits there much more often than a person at the coffee table, i.e. the "nuisance" from the sight of the car is more permanent.
