You already have the limit at 70%, the 60/50% depending on the program should be no problem at all due to the storage. Besides, I am not talking about the few euros in the KfW 2xx program but the 5000€ through KfW 40+ in program 153, with 2 residential units it is already 10,000€ ... The interest rates in program 2xx are almost a gift anyway and are below the current inflation, moreover they are tax-deductible

You get 5000€ with Kfw55 anyway. The additional funding for 40+ is also not worth it again, because the additional costs are in no way in relation to the funding, even though current 55 standard buildings almost correspond to 40 standard except for a few details in the insulation. What use are 5000€ subsidies to me if comfort features like air conditioning are lost and the house becomes several tens of thousands of euros more expensive? For the minimal difference, you can really heat for a long time.

Exactly for this reason, it can be worthwhile if a lot of "already-there" can be factored in, e.g. when the controlled residential ventilation is already desired anyway. Or if system technology is used for several residential units, so that the subsidies, for example, double with a granny flat

Hello everyone,

after our house (city villa) with a pyramid roof was ready to move in in 2015, we have now also dealt with the topic of photovoltaic system with storage.

A total of 29 photovoltaic modules were calculated for us (south roof 9 + west roof 10 + east roof 10) with a capacity of 8.12 kWp.

Furthermore, the inverter SMA Sunny TriPower 7000 TL-20 and the battery storage system Mercedes 7.5 kWh.

At least it sounds coherent to us, so we now want to talk to our house bank about our project in the near future and want to set up financing over 15 years. There would then be a storage subsidy via the KFW, but we would have to discuss this with the bank or KfW.

Does anyone of you have a similar setup and can report about it?!

Greetings Martin

That will tear his memory apart. Guaranteed. It's still not worth it.

Yep, probably just like the conditions, the occupancy on the three roofs, and the wiring. But that’s exactly what the offer forum there is good for. I’ll use it too when we get to that point.
