I'm not completely up to date with my Excel list, but approximately: 530k including kitchen, furniture (mostly purchased), photovoltaics, ancillary construction costs

Still missing: exterior plaster, garage/carport, outdoor area
The plot was already paid for, so I did not include it. Overall, we are very satisfied, close to the budget plan.

Exterior plaster should still be approximately included, garage/carport and outdoor area not. Which items are used to calculate €/m²? It would be about 193m² living space plus 20m² usable space.

193m2 *3000Euro/m2 is then 579k. So you are below that.

510,000 / 193 = 2640 Euro/m2. Did you have a lot of own labor?
