You should calculate disposal of 250m3 for the cellar excavation and another 100m3 for the terrain modeling. Ask the contractor about that right away.

Here with the terrain model. So it will be a tower in the east view after all. Roof overhangs of 80 and 100 cm are also quite expensive.

Do you have a budget of at least 650k?

This is how I would arrange the house. But without a basement. Instead, make the house a bit longer and then swap the living room and kitchen. The knee wall can then be 1.8m.

If you leave out the 180k for the basement and terrain modeling, you could build something like this. 26 degree roof pitch, 1.9m knee wall.

Hello Hanghaus, Thank you very much for your elaborations, I will take them with me on Monday. Regarding the excavation, we have already received the information. We are currently already talking to farmers and a well-known construction company about where we can take the excavation material. This is certainly somewhat easier here in the countryside than in other regions. The idea is certainly good and was very present for us at the beginning as well. However, this means we already miss quite a few things: basement entrance (dirty entrance), laundry room, sauna, study (could probably be upstairs then, but downstairs it is nicely located with a nice view and bright), basement bar (also nicely located with an exit etc.), storage room

We have no fixed requirement here, 5cm more or less is not decisive. The current planning variant is exactly what we want at minimum. If it is easy to increase, gladly
