Hello Hanghaus, Thank you very much for your elaborations, I will take them with me on Monday. Regarding the excavation, we have already received the information. We are currently already talking to farmers and a well-known construction company about where we can take the excavation material. This is certainly somewhat easier here in the countryside than in other regions.

The idea is certainly good and was very present for us at the beginning as well. However, this means we already miss quite a few things: basement entrance (dirty entrance), laundry room, sauna, study (could probably be upstairs then, but downstairs it is nicely located with a nice view and bright), basement bar (also nicely located with an exit etc.), storage room
