It's not about searching. I'm just wondering what is meant by "width change"? In the attachment you can see the 5.5m. Where does something change there?

In an overall consideration of several sections, it was clearer. But I just can’t look those up for you anymore because I don’t have the time, as here it takes flipping back several pages over several months.

I must have missed quite a bit while on vacation.

Is there a cross-section available by now?

What does the plan of the property look like? Are all retaining walls and hillside stabilizations, terrain modeling taken into account?

The proof that the ridge height is being complied with?

Hello Hanghaus,
Sorry, a lot has been going on lately.
In the end, I didn’t receive any more plans, but all your questions should have been taken into account to submit the building application.
Regarding the height, according to the architect, the 8m limit is exactly utilized. Knee wall about 1.27m.
There have been no changes to the arrangement of the house/plot, the terrace will be supported by the boulder wall, and in the north we have the angle stones. Regarding heights, we are approximately at your suggestion. The garden is easily accessible from the basement; quite a bit of excavation will have to be hauled away, but we have someone in hand for that ;)

Best regards

Hello everyone,

unfortunately, the submission of the building application has been delayed a bit. But that's not a problem, especially with the current rainy weather, the excavation work wouldn't be pleasant anyway.
This offers the opportunity to take another look at the section of the house. I would be glad if you could take another look at it and provide feedback on whether it fits as is or what you think could/should still be changed.
A small note: According to the architect's calculation, the house extends on average 0.90m above the original terrain, resulting in a height of 7.99m above the original terrain, which maxes out the maximum ridge height of 8m.

Thank you very much and best regards
