With the knee wall of about 1.4m, it works like that too. A roof window also has something to it.

I mean the model house Juno in Frankenberg. You can also see it in the picture where the clocks hang in the stairwell.

My opinion too. Basement gone – but overall bigger and knee wall higher. Declined! We need you here. :)

Hello Hanghaus, I have noted the idea down anyway. No matter how the slope is eventually supported, that would be a nice idea for the space between the terrace and the slope.

We thought so too, as mentioned he left it like this for aesthetic reasons at first. I think one can still react and save a few euros. Certainly not necessary to have 6 doors.

Hello Katja, good find, there are indeed many parallels. Maybe we could adopt some things. It feels like the hallway takes somewhat more square meters from the rooms here, doesn’t it? As already mentioned, we meant the other Juno variant (exactly like in the Frankenberg model house).

Hello kbt, unfortunately, I do not have the section drawing, but I saw it with him on Monday. The knee wall was at 1.27 m. Does that help you? I have to provide the section drawing later if available. I will request it.

The same applies to:

Wouldn’t I then generally increase the living area further? Then I wouldn’t actually need so much space in the UG and OG since some would move into the roof?

What is meant here by Roof windows?

You are welcome to wait. We are also curious but optimistic that we will come together financially with the architect. Our acquaintances with houses already built by him have confirmed that.

I didn’t measure it exactly. But even if, the decisive thing is that a floor plan works. Based on the examples on the internet, you can nicely see what you can still adjust if the hallway becomes too big for you. For example, redesigning the wardrobe in the bedroom into a narrower sideboard. But those are basically the things that an architect should recommend to you. Basically, I think it’s good if your general contractor is a man of action. But what’s missing is the planner who advises you and also a bit of the artist.

It’s almost the same just mirrored.
