Edit: Garage as a boundary development to the street is also allowed only in the rarest cases. Where is your development plan?

It remains an artificial light corridor due to the missing roof window. So first you go through the interior to the kitchen to open the door, and then you get the groceries? You can do that, but it's not well planned...

Good evening, thanks for the reply. I wasn’t really aware that the "old thread" no longer really counts. I am attaching a few files again; they should help. The 8m apply from the original middle terrain and are basically our only restriction, which does limit us somewhat. We have already changed the dressing room, the whole house will be a bit longer, making the dressing room rectangular again and thus much better for wardrobes etc. What do you mean by the lonely door? What would be an alternative? Yes, that’s true. A roof window would be possible; if not, you just turn on the light. Most groceries anyway have to be distributed between fridge, cellar, and storage room. But of course we are happy to receive suggestions for improvement? Thanks for your suggestions, I hope the additional information helps so that more feedback comes :) Best regards

What about the development plan? Garage on the slope - what's underneath? House longer - how exactly? Budget??? Everything is far too vague. With this wishy-washy approach, you will hardly receive any meaningful feedback.

I would suggest that you go to the architect with your wishes but without a sketch. We will then gladly optimize the result with you.

Unfortunately, I do not have a development plan; we should first put the garage aside. We still don’t know what it will look like or whether it will end up being “just” a carport. The house will be 37 cm longer according to the agreement, which will also make the master bedroom a bit wider and create a better passage to the dressing room. We will determine the budget after we have been to the bank. I think the design is estimated to be below that.

The design comes from the architect without us having shown any sketches or similar. That is why I would like to have comments and notable points about his

:)

That will not work like that, sorry. You always have to plan everything together on the slope. Every surface – even if it is just a carport – must have a foundation. For this, you have to comply with the distances to the street. This can lead to the fact that you have to cellar the parking spaces on the slope. That also makes a mega paved courtyard on the slope somewhat absurd.

The development plan is available in your municipality. It is accessible to the public. Many are also online. If there isn't one, you build according to Paragraph 34. Here, too, you can inquire about the conditions from the office. You can also leave everything to the architect, but "not knowing" usually costs extra.

The architect drew floor cabinets under the slope for you? Very doubtful. I would even ask to see the diploma.
