Sorry, based on your information I cannot assess the property. Where can one see these details on the plan? Your site plan does not even show the whole property, and where the driveway is is unfortunately unclear. At the bottom left of the plan it says driveway again, but apparently almost the entire front garden is to be paved as well. I find that quite absurd and immediately I ask again about the floor area ratio? From where do the 8m ridge height apply? As the 2m line is drawn now, you cannot place any wardrobes in your dressing room, at least not the tall wardrobes shown. I also haven’t read anything about a budget, which is quite important on a slope. The latter absolutely must be included as well. And yes, the design is rather simple and the lonely door to the living area feels somewhat bleak to me. But that’s irrelevant for now as long as the legal requirements have not been met or are doubtful. Overall too little information and too many contradictions for a discussion. You must not expect someone to read the previous thread to respond here. That’s exactly why you start a new thread, so you don’t have to read 30 pages but instead all information is concentrated on page 1.

What about the development plan? Garage on the slope – what’s underneath? House longer – how exactly? Budget??? Everything is way too vague. With this wishy-washy approach, you will hardly receive any meaningful feedback.

I would suggest you go to the architect with your wishes but please without a sketch. We will happily optimize the result with you afterward.
