It hardly gets more nogoer than this. Am I correct in assuming that he was the last one to notice it?*
In defense, I must say that the desire for a fireplace/stove was mentioned in the first conversation but was not documented. This has now been "planned in" during the revision of the first draft. I will pass on how he wants to solve this or how the fireplace can alternatively be accommodated.
why then at all as drawn?
Of course, the wish is to plan it so far that it indeed stays that way. I rather wanted to express that this does not yet have the greatest relevance for the start of the project and cost impact.
By the way, I miss a statement about which walls are seriously intended to be built as masonry here
I can have that confirmed again. Especially with the walls of the guest WC and storage room, I am now uncertain. Otherwise, my understanding was: attic timber frame construction, the rest masonry.
Maybe turning the corridor will ease the situation - I’ll sit down to it this evening.
I would be very happy to receive suggestions for this as well as the bathroom planning. Honestly, the corridor and stairs on the upper floor are also our Plan B, and at first we didn't like the central corridor with the many adjoining doors at all, but we have gotten somewhat used to it by now. Plan A or wish was a staircase and corridor like in the house "Juno," but according to the architects, this would cost more space and extend the house even further in order to maintain the room sizes.
