You can always go to the architect. If he needs anything you don’t have yet, he will tell you.

I would like to repurpose the thread once again. If in RLP a garage with approximately 9m length is located on the boundary, is it allowed to directly connect the house to the central building window there, or does the house then count as part of the boundary development? If that would be possible, does the total length then not matter as long as the house itself is within the building window and maintains a 3m distance on the opposite side?

It depends on where the building line starts on the side. Central can mean many things.

A house may not be built on the boundary, except in the case of the RH/DH/townhouse regulations.

One is the residential house, main building, the other is the garage, outbuilding. There are different regulations in the building code for both...

So the house would definitely be fully within the building envelope. In short, as long as the 49sqm and 12m in a row for the garage in RLP are complied with, it doesn't matter how the house is connected to the garage, as long as the 3m distance is maintained on all other sides!?

1. It would be better to create a separate thread.
2. It would be better to attach a site plan, ideally with a north arrow.
3. Where do the 49m² come from?
4. The 12m do not have to be continuous.
5. What do you mean by "all other sides"?

As a general rule:
Above-ground buildings trigger clearance areas that must be kept free from buildings and must lie on the property itself. These are at least 3m in RP but can also be larger. Only the buildings mentioned in §8 (9) are privileged in terms of clearance areas under the conditions stated there and are allowed to stand within the clearance areas of other buildings without triggering their own clearance areas. There is no interaction with non-privileged buildings, meaning that neither do buildings triggering clearance areas affect the privilege nor do privileged buildings affect the clearance areas of non-privileged buildings, completely independent of their arrangement.
