Hello everyone,
thank you very much for your opinions and comments.
Below are a few answers:
- The plot is located in a new development area within a traffic-calmed street
- No existing buildings, everything will be newly constructed
- The development plan does not require a ridge direction to be followed. We have already coordinated this with the building authority in advance.
- Unfortunately, no access is possible from the north due to the neighboring plot
- For alternative proposals, access from the south or east would be possible
- The garage is placed so far in the corner to have enough parking space in front of it
- Living room on the ground floor facing southwest
- Children's room on the upper floor facing southwest
- Kitchen on the ground floor facing northwest
- I have now adjusted the western property boundary; we have enlarged the plot compared to the first development plan
I have attached a sketch again for better understanding :-)
Regards
Ingo
