Great, thank you all. Then the hair of our Russian Blue gang shouldn't be a problem either.

We will probably also get the Neato D85 for the ground floor with the next order. There we have 6 rooms, all tiled except for one. The robot vacuum should clean them all (the living room is always open to the hallway and vestibule, the kitchen (6m²) is also always open. The bathroom door is sometimes open and sometimes closed, but it doesn't need to be vacuumed 3 times a week. Can the D85 recognize that it should skip the room if the door is closed? Can it realistically cover an area of about 90 m²?

Our Neato D85 is currently cleaning a 105 sqm apartment completely, that is absolutely no problem. Where should the problem be with a door that is closed? Then it simply doesn't go in, it continuously re-maps the area to be vacuumed and makes its plan.

It goes everywhere it can reach (unless areas are blocked off with magnetic tape).

Ah, o.k. I thought he remembers his surveyed rooms and doesn't do it anew every day. If he does that, it's even better.

Apparently it works, but I don't know exactly how it is genetically, whether it is always like that. The hair is indeed short, but much finer and softer than in local short-haired cats. And potentially the males become big and heavy with this combination
