So, it was quiet for a long time, I had a lot going on and have been thinking about it. Of course, I care very much about the opinion, otherwise I could have saved myself this here, but I probably approached the topic with too "defensive" behavior. So, again from the beginning, now also with new floor plans and the kitchen. I still need to draw in the bathroom. New tool, I still have to get somewhat familiar with it.

The measurements in the kitchen are not 100% accurate. Small deviations can also occur with the remaining measurements of the house.

Yes, something like that. The garage is to be placed on the lower plan boundary and directly connected to the house.

Here is the plan with the property briefly.

Of course, it is not pleasant when you enter a room and furniture is in the way or when the side surfaces of cabinets are in the traffic path or you walk towards them. Here in the kitchen.
It is better to move the kitchen door to the left according to the plan and integrate the cabinets into the kitchen.
With the intended exits to the garden, try furnishing first; otherwise, there could be collisions between the doors and the furniture.
I find the hallway too large — especially in relation to the staircase, which I would execute as a landing staircase. And the 2.24 meters are the absolute minimum dimension for a "space-saving staircase" in a semi-detached or terraced house.
Also, try furnishing the bathroom. The blue areas are probably meant to represent room heights under 2 meters? That could get tight.
Toilet rooms should rather be planned on top of each other due to the installed technical equipment.
With what wall thicknesses was it drawn?

Basically, I question the entire orientation of the house. There are no windows on the east and south sides — consider when the sun sets between September and April, hardly any sunlight reaches the house, which on the one hand indirectly heats the house and on the other hand simply does good to the soul.
Windows in the basement are also there for ventilation; that answer was still pending.

For me, it always depends on who is visiting.
Of course, my cousin and his wife would be allowed to use our bathroom, but if they are "business guests," then rather not.
And 2 showers, no matter where they ultimately are, I also always consider an advantage, for example if you need to be quick or want to shower at the same time.
The pantry is of course suboptimal, I would rather enlarge the bathroom and kitchen. The already mentioned large hallway also still offers potential for optimization.

Basement windows are still not desired, not even in the laundry room, or how does the moisture get out of the basement?

Tell me where the 1m or 2m line is on the upper floor. Because I couldn’t find that anywhere at least.

I fully agree with you. The kitchen was actually a "first draft." The three large cabinets (for stove/microwave combo, refrigerator, and "other" large cabinet).
We will talk to a kitchen professional in due time and have some options shown to us. The side access is changeable for now.

Yes, that's the plan. Although we really like the "more light" by now.

Okay... to be honest, I hadn’t really thought much about that. I have been inside the house twice now and always found the staircase sufficient. We are going back on Saturday, then I will pay close attention again.

The 2 m line is roughly at the blue area. I would like to attach the plan with the bathroom furniture, but you can’t see it there because I can’t make the ceiling transparent. Maybe I’ll try again with a 3D section.
Since we know the bathroom as we plan it, we know it should actually fit, but I will take a closer look again on Saturday.
I know about the stacked arrangement... but I simply have no idea how to plan it differently. Although a boxed-in section in the study is no big deal.

I’m not really into the "where does the sun rise" thing, ashes on my head ops: I have attached the alternative again.
By the way, there will still be a double casement window above the stairs.

I absolutely have no idea yet, that’s why I haven’t drawn anything in yet.
There will definitely be one or the other window. (Probably a smaller one in the laundry room and 2 in the hobby area)
