Suggestions for the floor plan

yesterday was a pleasant day regarding the house construction. On the one hand, we received confirmation that our building plot will be released from April 1st, on the other hand, we received the first sketches from the architect.

Overall, we are satisfied. However, there are currently a few points that still need to be changed:
Dressing room: this needs to be slightly enlarged, in the end, there are only 2.48/2.49 m left, which is not enough for the wardrobe.
Garage: this should not go quite that far back
Bathroom upstairs: we are only just beginning to plan here
Basement: the arrangement of the basement windows will still be changed. In the multi-purpose room, the windows will be on the long side, in the storage room the window should also be on the long side, so where the garage is now.

So, now I am curious

To get more closet space, it would also be worth removing the second door to the bedroom, which I find quite pointless. What real benefit does it actually bring?

Does the dressing room absolutely have to have 2 doors? Especially if it is rather small, that takes up a lot of space. I would only make it accessible from the bedroom, then custom-built closets might be enough, after all, you would have about 4.5 meters of closet. You can't exactly be wasteful with the space then, but it might be sufficient. How many square meters will it be in total approximately?

to get more cupboard space, it would also be worthwhile to remove the, in my opinion, pretty pointless second door to the bedroom. what real benefit does it really bring?

That would unfortunately be a bit crazy and the idea of not disturbing the others while sleeping would be gone. My wife has to leave the house quite early tomorrow, I am still sleeping then

How many m² will it be approximately in total?

The two above-ground floors together have about 140 m², plus 2 rooms in the basement that are equipped with underfloor heating. That adds about 37 m².
