Yes, in my head I've already "played through" it. You can then change the driveway so that it narrows. It could work, now I just have to renovate the house. Or did you see a mirror function in HomeByMe?

I mirrored the house beforehand and am at a good scale!

Hello,
I have changed the ground floor a bit. However, I admit that I also have some problems with the upper floor. I think four bedrooms are too many despite the third gable; there is no decent closet space.
Since the shower toilet is anyway on the ground floor, I would suggest considering placing the guest room on the ground floor as well. The office could also be in the basement with a light well in front of it?
But maybe this is the wrong house for you: a lot of hobby and storage rooms in the basement, and upstairs you plan a 6-room house.
I would rather plan more sensibly and smaller and aim for a better house company with that money. In the end, the result will probably be the same overall.
So here is the ground floor—the orientation of the 2D floor plan would then be the orientation on the plot.

Please see the photos as sketches—I no longer think much of this program (at least not for this situation); for simplicity, I set the doors to one meter wide. The windows are shown as examples.

Good morning, now at the computer I can already say something about two points

That will not work, it is not an office where I sit occasionally, it is actually my permanent workplace.
And to be completely honest, I do not want to have it in the basement, then work is even less fun.

We are actually not 100% sure yet how these rooms will be used. I could also have called it a "playroom for children".

One final sentence about the company: I don't think the company is bad. Besides, it simply carries the name that is somehow demonized here. Behind it is another company that decided to build these prefab houses. For me personally, that gives a certain sense of security. When I read some of the experiences with architects here, I have little to no desire for that.
I think everyone has to choose their partner themselves and that will be 99% based on gut feeling. And right now we have a very good one.
Certainly Town & Country has quite a few black sheep in its flock, but you can also find corresponding information very quickly on the internet. That is not the case with our partner, so we look forward to it quite positively.

However, I agree with you. Maybe we should really reconsider the topic of 4 living rooms on the upper floor. I will definitely discuss that with my wife.
