Well remembered, indeed
But as I said, we are talking about 3-4 nights per month and leaving the house just before 7 in the morning after moving. All in all, already 75-80% standard

Just a quick tip ... it proves extremely useful to stick to the original orientation in every planning. This is especially helpful for people who are not just following one thread or one plan. But generally, it's also easier because then you can read the whole thread, and plan left is always the same plan left. And, you can quickly link floor plans side by side in one post for comparison. It only makes sense if the orientation is correct.

About the floor plan:
Ground floor .. Guest bathroom could become tight in the planning for sink/toilet/entrance door.

The staircase is also not very generous.

I currently see about 130 cm for the cloakroom space, which is relatively little for a family of four. You also have to factor in shoes etc.

Upper floor ... due to window placements etc., you should urgently plan a bathroom layout, especially shower space.
The entrance to the bedroom/dressing room means that the dressing room allows a maximum of 4 m of closet space. And for that, 6.5 sqm? I find it unfortunate that although you have 7.5 sqm of hallway space, there is not a single additional storage option there, e.g. cleaning supplies and vacuum cleaner or similar.

Also, if you plan a fireplace, you should draw it in both the ground floor and upper floor, at least the chimney shaft. Otherwise, many a planned chimney shaft has already ruined the upper floor.

Children’s rooms are nice.

Are the guests supposed to be accommodated in the study? That was originally requested as 2 rooms. Or is it supposed to go in the basement?

I would definitely also leave out the door from the bedroom to the dressing room, so you can furnish much better. The door doesn't really add any real value. Make a nice two-liner there; if you find it too oppressive, you can also design one side as dressers, so it doesn't feel so narrow.

Guilty as charged, I will change that.

I will attach a picture, we have already furnished it.

See picture "Staircase," it should fit.
I know some here have a fondness for staircases; for me, it is simply the "vehicle" to get from upstairs to downstairs or vice versa. But everyone is different.

Here we have found a nice solution around the corner. Unfortunately, I don’t have a photo of it handy. However, the niche is planned to be filled usefully (with the help of a carpenter).

See picture of the main bathroom. I think/hope it fits.

I agree with both of you. One can discuss the sense/nonsense of the rear door. However, as of today, we have 3 meters including towels and bed linen, so we would gain an additional meter.

Cleaning supplies will find space in a tall cabinet in the kitchen. Regarding the vacuum cleaner: my idea is one robot vacuum per floor, so that issue would be settled for now. Otherwise, the vacuum cleaner would find a place behind the door in the office.

Unfortunately, I couldn’t manage it. However, the shaft will come out either in the bedroom or bathroom in the corner.

There are two solutions here. The cozy sofa area goes in the corner near the office. There might be space for the sofa bed (our living room couch has a bed in it). That would also be a bit secluded. Or, as you mentioned, in the basement. It will also get underfloor heating and be connected to the controlled residential ventilation system.

Thanks

I hope I haven’t forgotten anything now.

Hello,

I would not remove the door to the dressing room, rather the one from the hallway. How are the parents supposed to get dressed in the morning without having to walk "half-naked" through the hallway? Older children often have overnight guests. However, the bedroom would be much too small for me. I iron there daily and also like to watch a film in the evening; I would not feel comfortable in such a small room. However, there are also many people who hardly spend any time in the bedroom.

Best regards
Sabine

Hmm,

Partition wall for the toilet? The measurements show 170 cm including the right and left walls, let's say they are together 30 cm. That leaves 140 cm for a small piece of wall, door, and the wall on the right.

The door might possibly need to open outwards.

Regarding storage for mop/vacuum cleaner or robot vacuum... I was thinking of storage on each floor and ideally not behind doors to avoid having a cluttered corner there.
