it proves extremely effective if you stick to the original orientation in every planning phase.
Guilty as charged, I will change that.
Ground floor .. guest bathroom could be tight in the planning regarding sink/toilet/entrance door
I will attach a picture, we have already furnished it.
The staircase is not very generous either
See picture "Staircase," it should fit.
I know some here have a fondness for staircases; for me, it is simply the "vehicle" to get from upstairs to downstairs or vice versa. But everyone is different.
I currently see the wardrobe space at about 130 cm, which is relatively little for a family of four. Shoes etc. also have to be taken into account.
Here we have found a nice solution around the corner. Unfortunately, I don’t have a photo of it handy. However, the niche is planned to be filled usefully (with the help of a carpenter).
Window placements etc. you should urgently plan a bathroom fitting, especially shower space
See picture of the main bathroom. I think/hope it fits.
The entrance to bedroom/dressing room achieves a max. of 4m of wardrobe space in the dressing room. And for that, 6.5 sqm
I would definitely leave out the door from the bedroom to the dressing room, so you can furnish much better
I agree with both of you. One can discuss the sense/nonsense of the rear door. However, as of today, we have 3 meters including towels and bed linen, so we would gain an additional meter.
but not a single additional storage option, e.g., cleaning supplies and vacuum cleaner or similar
Cleaning supplies will find space in a tall cabinet in the kitchen. Regarding the vacuum cleaner: my idea is one robot vacuum per floor, so that issue would be settled for now. Otherwise, the vacuum cleaner would find a place behind the door in the office.
Also, if you plan a fireplace, you should also mark it in the ground and upper floors, at least the chimney shaft. Otherwise, many planned chimney shafts have ruined the upper floors.
Unfortunately, I couldn’t manage it. However, the shaft will come out either in the bedroom or bathroom in the corner.
Are the guests supposed to be accommodated in the office?
There are two solutions here. The cozy sofa area goes in the corner near the office. There might be space for the sofa bed (our living room couch has a bed in it). That would also be a bit secluded. Or, as you mentioned, in the basement. It will also get underfloor heating and be connected to the controlled residential ventilation system.
Children's rooms are nice
Thanks
I hope I haven’t forgotten anything now.
