Primarily, it's the utility room that moves to the basement. That's why the swap with the study and bathroom was offered (even if that means some boxing-in is necessary in the study). My wife would like the storage room behind the kitchen. We have already enlarged it now.
Upstairs, we were actually bothered in the original plan that the wardrobes couldn't be positioned very well.
This is now possible through the reduction of the bathroom. Attached is also a 3D picture of the bathroom showing approximately what it looks like (the partition walls are not included, shelves will be added behind the shower).
